The International Regional Rail Business Forum "Strategic Partnership 1520: the Caucasus Region" has opened today, on 11 October 2010, at Hyatt Regency hotel in the Azeri capital of Baku. The forum is being hosted by the Business Dialogue company, with Russian Railways JSC acting as the General International Partner. The event is timed to coincide with the 130th anniversary of Azerbaijan State Railways, the forum’s General Partner.
