Business Dialog JSC, the editorial board of the RZD-Partner magazine and Russian Railways JSC invite you to participate in the 5th  International Conference entitled Russian Railways in the Transport Services Market: Cooperation and Partnership to take place in Moscow on November 27-28, 2007 at the Radisson SAS Slavyanskaya Hotel.

More than 900 delegates will participate in the conference, including executives of transport and logistics departments of corporate freight owners, top managers of shipping agents and operators, and port terminals. During the plenary meeting and panel discussions the participants will hear reports presented by federal ministries and institutions, top executives of Russian Railways and large Russian and foreign transport companies and representatives of international transportation organizations.

During the two days of the conference the delegates will discuss ways to improve the quality of services provided to the cargo owners in the context of transport industry reform; cooperation between First Cargo Company JSC and other operators; the development of information technology for the railway service and other natural monopolies; ways to attract private investors, aspects of tariff regulation, as well as the main trends in the container transportation market, including those concerning perishable cargo. Special importance will be attached to railway tourism, which is a new market niche in Russia, as well as to the initiatives in the sphere of international partnership, rolling stock engineering and prospects of high-speed railways, and a variety of aspects of cooperation between railroads, ports and other participants of multimodal transportation.
