On December, 11-12, Far East Transport and Logistics Forum will be held in Vladivostok (Hyundai hotel).
 
The event is aimed at initiating multilateral discussion on the aspects of transport sector development in the Far East, as well as at promoting integration with the transport complex of Asia/Pacific countries and consolidation of partnership between Russian and foreign companies.
 
Organized by Business Dialog JSC at the initiative of Russian Railways JSC, the Far East Transport and Logistics Forum enjoys a comprehensive support of the latter.
 
During the conference the participants will discuss urgent issues of cooperation between all the parties involved in the traffic process in the regions; the development of competitive environment in the sphere of transport; import/export cargo traffic; improvement in the quality of services and transport management; ways to attract private and outward investments into the transport industry of the regions; logistics service market development in the regions, etc.
 

The Far East Transport and Logistics Forum will include a plenary meeting and three sessions to discuss the following items on the agenda:

• Russia as a transportation corridor between Europe and Asia-Pacific Region
• Container traffic in Russia and neighboring countries
• Models and prospects of Primorsky Territory’s seaport development
   
  

The participants in the Forum are:

•  senior management of customs authorities, etc.
  

We hope that the Forum will promote economic growth of the Far East, systematize know-how and expertise to enhance the efficiency of logistics centers; help improve the positive image of Russian railways; make a tangible contribution into finding ways to solve burning issues of regional transportation, etc.
