VI International Rail Business Forum “1520 Strategic Partnership”

The VI International Rail Business Forum “1520 Strategic Partnership” will take place in Sochi from May 31 to June 2, 2011. The Forum is traditionally held with the official support of Russian Railways, and is being organised by Business Dialogue.

The forthcoming Forum will be devoted to the strategy of mutually beneficial cooperation between 1520 and 1435 mm gauge railways.

In 2010 the Forum celebrated its fifth anniversary, which was marked by the participation of more than 1,000 business leaders with an interest in the development of railway transport in the “1520 space” as a key component in the Eurasian transport system. A wide range of heads of international corporations and leading world experts take part in the Forum’s discussions.

With every passing year an increasing number of companies from Europe and Asia with different gauge standards take an active part in the event and act as Partners for it.

The “1520 Strategic Partnership” Forum is a unique communication arena which promotes Russia’s harmonious entry into the global economic space and helps to create favourable conditions for mutually advantageous cooperation between Russian and foreign manufacturers and suppliers of equipment and services.
