Preparations are in full swing for one of the key events in the transport sector, IV International Forum and Exhibition “Transport of Russia”.

Russian Railways, as well as Rosmorport and Aeroflot Russian Airlines, are General Sponsors for Transport Week – 2010.

At the moment, participation in the events has been confirmed by Sergei Ivanov, Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation; Chingiz Izmailov, Chairman of the Executive Committee, CIS Coordination Transport Conference; Valery Draganov, Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Industrial Committee. Novosibirsk Region Governor Viktor Tolokonsky has confirmed his participation in the Plenary Session.

As part of this year’s exhibition, the organisers will establish a special Demo Zone, which will be used for demonstrating full-size machines and equipment, such as passenger and special land vehicles, freight handling equipment, entry systems, etc.

As announced earlier, the events will take place from 17 to 20 November at some of Moscow’s most important venues. More than 500 delegates are expected to take part in the Forum, which will be held on 17 and 18 November 2010. The exhibition, with an area of 5,600 sq. m., will be held at the Manezh Central Exhibition Hall from 18 to 20 November 2010.

The Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation is the organiser of the events, while Business Dialogue is the operator.
