More than 200 people from 11 countries took part in the first International Forum “Transport Science: Innovative Solutions For Business”: Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, France, Germany, Great Britain.
Forum participants – leaders of railway companies and operators, railway equipment and technology providers, chief engineers and specialists in transport sphere, representatives of international transport organizations, representatives of commercial companies, representatives of scientific institutions, including rectors and deans of technical and transport universities.

By the 25th of March 2011 more than 50 publications about Forum was out.
At the opening of the forum Vadim Morozov, Ph.D. in Engineering, First Vice-President, Russian Railways addressed the delegates with the welcoming speech. During two days of forum work 5 meetings took place with the following directions:
