GENERAL PARTNER
(exclusive rights)
- Your company will be granted the General Partner status as well as the right to use the status and the Conference logo in your advertising campaigns as of the date of the respective agreement and until 1 January 2011.
CONGRESS AND COMMERCIAL OPPORTUNITES
- Two “participant” badges, three “VIP” badges and two “staff” badges for seven company representatives participating in the Conference.
- VIP personalized seating at the Conference evening receptions for three company representatives
- Opportunity to present a report at the plenary session, a panel discussion and a round table (maximum duration is 10 minutes). The topic and content of the report are subject to Organizer approval.
- Up to eight m2 space in the conference hall lobby to set up a company booth (the booth location to be agreed with the Organisers).
- Distribution of promotional materials at a booth or desk
- Your company representative present at the company booth with a “staff” badge
- Help in organization of bilateral meetings with Conference participants (upon request from the company)
- Right to advise on business meeting concepts, plenary session keynotes and panel discussion, and speakers who might be of interest to Conference participants.

- Your company name, logo, partnership status and commercial information (a brief description of the company activity, up to 1,500 characters with spaces) accompanied by an active link to the Partner website available on the Conference website (www.businessdialog.ru) as of the date of the respective agreement and until 1 January 2011.

- Company logo and status in the Conference presentation brochure
PRESENTATION MATERIALS
- The right to distribute your company’s promotional materials in the Conference participant package (the volume of the materials is negotiable)

- Broadcasting your company advertisement on the Conference grounds (using the company’s own promotion booth and equipment)
- Company logo and status on participant badges
- Company logo and status on the Conference letterhead
- Company advertisement in the Conference information package (А5+А5)

GENERAL IT PARTNER/ BANK/ ADVISOR/ INSURER
(no more than one company is eligible for each category)
- Your company will be granted General IT Partner/Bank/Advisor/Insurer status as well as the right to use the status and the Conference logo in your advertising campaigns upon signature of the respective agreement and until 1 January 2011.
