Global Railway Innovation Award “Motion Formula”

REQUIREMENTS FOR REGISTRATION OF DOCUMENTS AND MATERIALS
submitted to the contest of the Global Rail Innovation Award Motion Formula

1. These requirements are developed in accordance with the Statute of the Global Rail Innovation Award Motion Formula (hereinafter - requirements).
2. Persons who have the right to nominate the candidates for the award shall send to the Executive Directorate of the Award an application, which states:
   • Name of the Award nomination
   • Name, surname, date and place of birth, place of residence, nationality, place of employment and occupation, academic degree, academic status, the honorary title (if any) of a candidate;
   • Summary of candidate's contribution to the development of rail industry (taking into account the criteria for selection of works submitted for the award), which must contain the name of the research,  a summary of the essence of scientific research, conceptual development and innovations implemented into a technological process, as well as a description scientific and practical value of nominated work;
   • Information about any international and national awards that recognize scientific achievements of a candidate;
   • List of attached material
3. If for the Award nominated team of candidates (not more than three people), the application shall provide information (in accordance with paragraph 2 of this requirement) of each of the candidates.
4. Application signed by the person nominated a candidate for the Award, which indicates his first name, surname, place of work or occupation, laureate, academic and (or) the honorary title, contact phone numbers.
5. If the decision to nominate a candidate for the Award is taken collectively, it is applied to the application protocol (extract from a protocol) of the Academic Council meeting, as well as full details of the organization.
6. In the case when a candidate submits an application form by himself, the information specified in paragraph 4 of these requirements is not provided.
7. Scientific publications, other documents proving the authorship of innovation and scientific and technological researches for the creation or implementation of which their author (group of authors) will be nominated for the Award shall be enclosed to the application.
8. ll documents and materials are transferred to the Executive Directorate of the Award at the address:

9. Application forms that do not satisfied these requirements shall not be considered.
10. Application forms, as well as enclosed materials are not return to sender.
