Board of Trustees Board of Trustees is the supreme governing body of the Award. The exclusive competence of the board include the determination of Laureates from among the nominees included in the shortlist.

Expert Council

The Expert Council of Award are formed of leading experts and specialists that have great experience and extensive knowledge of the market- representatives of international trade organizations, heads of research institutes, universities and large transport companies.
Member of the Expert Council may propose nominees for participation in the contest for the title of Laureate of the Award. Expert Council members themselves cannot be nominated for the Award.
Members of the Expert Council estimate all applications of the candidates.
Based on the estimates of the Expert Council, Executive Directorate formed shortlist in each nomination, which includes three candidates receiving the greatest number of points.
