On behalf of the National company “Kyrgyz Temir Jolu” I welcome the participants and organizers of the II International Regional Railway Business Forum “1520 Strategic Partnership: Central Asia”.
We support the initiative of holding such a large-scale branch event in the Central Asia as it would not only promote the development of the transport branch, but would also help to adjust and further consolidate the partner relations between all the participants of the transportation process.
We should develop general vision of the strategic development of the railways of the Central-Asian Region, to lay down priorities for our activity and to develop joint ways of the mutually advantageous cooperation.
Discussion of the national ways of development of the railway system and their mutual coordination before taking specific investment decisions should become an important element of forming the general strategic vision.
