Investment Resources for “1520 Area” Business Development: What Attraction Strategies Are Most Effective?

Today under the conditions of economic growth, the business of the “1520 Area” targets more ambitious large-scale goals. The share of long-term projects aimed at the fulfillment of global and strategic tasks is increasing. The implementation of such projects is sure to require great funds. So, the question of investment attraction into the railway industry is of top priority. Reforming “1520 Area” Railways:
Experience and Prospects for Cargo Carriers’ Cooperation

The main goal of the branch reforms in the “1520 Area” countries (both ongoing and planned) is to raise the effectiveness of railway transport under the conditions of market economy and to transform it into the locomotive of development for national economies. The key idea of the reforms is to escape monopolism and promote competitiveness. This approach touches upon not only non-core activities, but main working directions such as transportation of goods. Consequently, a number of cargo carriers have been established in the “1520 Area”. What is the effect of appearance of new ‘players’ on the market and how are cargo carriers going to cooperate within the “1520 Area”?

Modern Human Resources for “1520 Area” Business

Rapid development of technologies and informational boom of the late XX century led to the situation when the only competitive advantage of a company is its personnel. They are inexhaustible resource of organization which is capable of ensuring its stable growth. But this resource should constantly be developed otherwise it can turn into deadwood. That’s why human resource management is a key question for the development of a company that wants not only to “stay alive”, but become leader of its industry.  In the sphere of transport, where speed, mobility and constant upgrade are keys to success, the question of human resource development comes to the forefront.
