Dear Colleagues!

On behalf of Vladivostok commercial seaport and Coordination Council of Vladivostok traffic centre I am glad to welcome the guests and participants of the Far East International Transport and Logistical Forum.

Far East region, where all types of transport tightly interact, plays an important and active role in external economic relations of the Russian Federation.

The Far East International Transport and Logistical Forum ought to become a platform for consolidation of partnership relations among all participants of transportation process and process of further formation of transport infrastructure, should provide conditions for effective development of maritime transport enterprises and realization of transport potential of the Russian Federation.

I wish the successful work, aimed to every possible consolidation of interrelations and favorable decision making, to the participants, guests and organizers of the Forum.
