Dear colleagues!

On behalf of Russian Railways JSC I welcome all delegates and organizers of the International Far-Eastern Transport and Logistic Forum. Today logistics and smooth interaction on the market of transport services are factors of top priority as they are crucial for the Russian transport system competitiveness improvement.

Thus, transport infrastructure development, logistic centers creation, different transport modes interaction, new information systems development and investment tools are subjects of great importance for all parties involved.

Russian Railways JSC considers logistic centers network creation aimed at full range of services providing for shippers interested in transportation from Asia to Europe as one of the key development directions. We are planning to launch logistic centers in key transport junctions, including the Far-Eastern one, to provide efficient intermodal transportation.

I am strictly confident that the International Far-Eastern Transport and Logistic Forum will be the best place for transport market participants to discuss urgent issues and create consolidated position in order to improve transport services.
