Senior Railways Policy Adviser for Central and Eastern Europe in the Community of European Railways and Infrastructure Companies (CER) in Brussels
Paul Guitink, a Dutch national, is the Senior Railways Policy Adviser for Central and Eastern Europe in the Community of European Railways and Infrastructure Companies (CER) in Brussels. He has over 30 years of experience in the transport sector, working as project officer, project manager, and policy adviser in primarily the road and rail transport and transport infrastructure sub-sectors for the Dutch Ministry of Transport, the World Bank and CER.

Andulis Židkovs is a graduate of Technical Faculty of Latvian University of Agriculture and of International Relations Institute of University of Latvia. He has a Master Degree of Business Administration.
Andulis Židkovs started his career at the Ministry of Transport and Communications in 1997 in the capacity of Senior Officer of Transit Policy Division, in 2001 was promoted as Director of Investment Department. Deputy State Secretary since January 2006, responsible for EU funds, transit policy and development projects.

He joined Bombardier Transportation in 1996 and was one of founder of our first JV in Russia – Bombardier Transportation (Signal) Ltd. 35 Years of professional experience. Vladimir Aleshin initially responsible for technical activities and was a Technical Director in Bombardier. He is currently responsible for Marketing and Sales in Russia, Baltic region and CIS countries.   
Mr. Aleshin holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Moscow Railway Transport University, Russia.
