STATUS SERVICES:

• Granting of the exclusive status «Strategic Sponsor» of the Conferences;
• Participation of 3 representatives of the Company-Sponsor in the Conference work
• Allocation of the VIP-zone for a dinner of 3 representatives of the Company during the Evening Reception;
• Presentation with the registered diploma «Strategic Sponsor» to the Company-Sponsor during the
• Evening Reception;
• Granting of the possibility for one representative of the Company-Sponsor to deliver the 15-minute report (topic and the contents are subject to the coordination with the Organizer) *;
• Presentation of the Company-Sponsor before the maiden speech
• Additional possibilities of the marketing and the Company advancement at the Conferences offered within the framework of the «Strategic Sponsor» package (subject to negotiation with the representative of the Organizer)

PRESENTATION MATERIALS:

• Placing of the Logo of the Company-Sponsor on the advertising modules of the Conference placed in printing and electronic mass-media during the advertising Company;
• Placing of the Logo of the Company-Sponsor with the status statement on the presentation booklets of the Conference distributed during the PR campaign;
• Placing of the Logo of the Company-Sponsor with the status statement on the information letter-invitation to the participants and speakers of the Conference;
• Enclosure of the information-advertising materials of the Company-Sponsor in the package of the participant of the Conference (the volume of enclosure is subject to coordination with the Organizer);
• Enclosure of souvenir products of the Company-Sponsor in the package of the participant of the Conference the volume of enclosure is subject to coordination with the Organizer);
• Placing of the Logo of the Company-Sponsor with the status statement on the distributing materials of the Conference (portfolio, notebook, collected theses, badge, program, list of participants);
• Placing of 2 advertising modules (2nd printed side of the cover + one printed side, except the 1st one) in the collected theses of the Conference.

INTERNET- REPRESENTATION:

• Placing of the Logo of the Company-Sponsor with the status statement with the hyperlink to the official Web-site of the Company-Sponsor on all Internet pages of the official site of the Conference (except section "Participants") and on the Conference page on the Web-site www.businessdialog.ru from the date of the conclusion of the Contract before May 1, 2008;
• Placing of the banner of the Company-Sponsor with the hyperlink to the official site of the Company-Sponsor with the status statement on all Internet-pages of the official site of the Conference (except section "Participants") and in the "Partners" section of the Conference on site www.businessdialog.ru from the date of the conclusion of the Contract before May 1, 2008;
• Placing of the text information (up to 800 characters with blanks) about the Company-Sponsor in the "Partners" section of Conference on the official site of the Conference and on site www.businessdialog.ru from the date of the conclusion of the Contract before May 1, 2008;
• Placing of the Logo of the Company-Sponsor with the hyperlink to the official site of the Company-Sponsor in the "Partners" general section of the Company «Business Dialogue» on site www.businessdialog.ru;
• Placing of the text information (up to 300 characters with blanks) about the Company-Sponsor in the "Partners" general section of «Business Dialogue» Co. on site www.businessdialog.ru;

• Allocation of a place to the Company-Sponsor for a stand in the conference hall foyer, no more than 8 м2 (the Company-Sponsor may be provided with unequipped expositional exhibition place or equipped in the standard way at its choice; the mobile stand for unequipped area is given and delivered by the Company-Sponsor; the stand equipped in the standard way (wall panels, the Company name on the frame panels, carpet covering, 1 table, 2 chairs, power supply (2 bulbs-slot, 1 socket) is given, delivered and assembled by the Company-organizer);
• Allocation to the Company-Sponsor of 2 stands for printed matter in the area of the stand of the Company-Sponsor;
• Placing of the information-advertising materials of the Company-Sponsor on the registration counter (materials are given and delivered by the Sponsor);
• Demonstration of the preview trailer of the Company on the plasma panel in the area of registration of participants during registration, coffee-breaks and dinner;
• Placing of the Logo of the Company-Sponsor with the status statement on the breadboard models of interior advertising for decorating the registration area.

• Placing of the Logo of the Company-Sponsor with the status statement on presentation displays in the conference hall;
• Placing of the Logo of the Company-Sponsor with the status statement on the breadboard models of interior advertising for decorating the registration area;
• Demonstration of the preview trailer of the Company on the plasma panel in the area of registration of participants during registration, coffee-breaks and dinner;

• Printing and distribution of invitations to the Evening Reception with the Logo of the Sponsor of the Evening Reception among participants of the Conference.

• Granting of the exclusive status «Sponsor of the Coffee-Break» of the Conferences;
• Participation of 2 representatives of the Company-Sponsor in the Conference work
• Presentation with the registered diploma «Sponsor of the Coffee-Break» to the Company-Sponsor during the Evening Reception;
• Presentation of the Company-Sponsor before the coffee-break.

• Placing of the Logo of the Company-Sponsor near the mentioning of the time of the coffee-break sponsored by the Company in the conference program, in the collected theses and in the program included in the advertising brochure of the Conference dispatched to the potential participants
