The Passenger Forum (PF) is set to encourage an in-depth analysis into the performance of passenger transport in Russia with participation of all major stakeholders, including ministries and public agencies, private companies, associations, academicians and civil society.
The agenda for 2012 focuses on how to raise financial efficiency of passenger transportation, foster a fairly viable public transport system, improve local, regional and international transportation, as well as on how to ensure rights and interests of a multimillion community of car owners in Russia.
The PF will also listen to what passengers say about services quality they get in their everyday way to home or work, with speakers addressing people’s comments and their suggestions over how to improve Russia’s increasingly busy passenger network.
