Registration
You will receive a badge with your name and individual information on it. We kindly ask you not to take it off throughout the Conference and the evening Reception.
Organizers keep the right not to provide access to the Conference Hall for those,who do`nt have a badge with them

Conference Materials
You will receive a card “Conference materials” at the registration desk. You should exchange ig for the delegate`s case.

Execution of Documents
For the delegates` convenience, “Execution of Documents” Desk is located near the Registration Desk. You can exchange the signed documents of execute a warrant for travelling on official business.

Press Center
You can use Internet connection and print the required documents in the Press Center of the Conference.

Info-Stands
Information stands are installed in the Conference area. You can find out all the information about the conference there.
