Participation conditions
The fee for the participation covers:
provision of the conference documents, participation in the meetings and events of the conference, coffee-breaks, lunches, and hosted dinners.
Participation fee is 1 275 Euro (18% VAT is included).
Should you pay before September 15, 2009, the cost of participation in the conference and all the events held in its framework is 1 150 Euro (18% VAT is included)*
Discounts* are given to participants representing the same organization, so the participation fee for them is:
2nd participant –1 230 Euro (18% VAT is included)
3rd and other participants –1 150 Euro (18% VAT is included)
The registration fee is accepted before October 01, 2009.
If the registration fee is submitted after the aforesaid date, the additional registration amount of 70 Euro is charged (18% VAT is included).
* the discounts are not added
