	Creation of dynamically developing and steadily functioning balanced national transport system is the necessary precondition for the economy expansion. It is obvious that implementation of such problem requires coordination of all the branches and levels of the power and business and various social classes in the execution of the program documents. According to the Federal target program «Development of transport system of Russia untill 2020» the main objectives are the achievement of new quality of services and their availability and reliability.

10.00	Panel discussion «Will the passenger transportations turn into business?»
	Increase of efficiency of the passenger transportations required to provide transport mobility for the population of Russia, including the remote regions, assumes strengthening of competition in the branch along with normalization and achievement of greater transparency of the situation in the transport market. However passenger transportations in many respects remain unprofitable, especially in the social segment though they still keep their strategic importance. Thus, there is a question of immediate realization of measures of the state policy, called to raise the attractiveness of transportations of citizens by various modes of transport, and to promote creation of reliable infrastructure of transportations, attraction of investments and support of the branch service at the international level.
