At the moment she is a First Director Deputy of the Institute of Management & Informational Technologies, Professor of the Faculty of Economics, Organisation & Management of Production. She reads lectures, consults the students on the economic aspects of their thesis and tutors the Master Degree students.
She works with students at the Centre of Competences, designing programmes for them and assisting to realize projects of Russian Railways. Since 2006 she has been supervising the master classes programme.

In 2001 he graduated with distinction from the applied cosmonautics faculty of the Moscow State University of Geodesy and Cartography.Since 2001 to 2002: Postgraduate study (Moscow State University of Railway Engineering) (MSURE).
In 2002 he defended his dissertation for the academic degree of Candidate of Technical Sciences in specialism “Geoinformatics” (MSURE).
From 2001 to 2007 he worked as a junior, then senior, researcher at the Institute of Space Research of the Russian Academy of Sciences (ISR RAS). From 2001 to now he has been engaged in teaching at the Moscow State University of Railway Engineering (MSURE). Since 2002 to 2006- studying in the doctorate programme (MSURE). In 2006 awarded the academic title of Assistant Professor in his specialism (ISR RAS). Author and co-author of more than 100 scientific publications on issues concerning the creation and application of innovative satellite technologies in railway transport and national economy objectives. From 2007 to 2008: Head of department (the Russian Scientific Research and Design Institute of Informatics, Automation and Communications in Railway Transport of the Russian Ministry of Railways). From February 2008 to 2010: head of the Space Technology Application Centre of the Scientific Research and Design Institute of Informatics, Automation and Communications in Railway Transport. Since 2009 he has represented Russian Railways in the Coordination Council for Youth Affairs in the Scientific and Educational Sphere in the Russian Federation President’s Council on Science, Technology and Education. Since 2010 he has been deputy chairman of the Joint Scientific Council of Russian Railways. Since April 2010 he has been RRTRI’s First Deputy General Director for Science.

Enters into Board of Directors of the Ural Diesel engine-motor Factory, Ljudinovsky Teplovozostroitelnyj Factory and All-Russian Scientific Research Institute of Railway Transport.
Conducts active public work in Association of Manufacturers of Railway Technics, being the vice-president and the chairman of committee on innovations and technological development, and also in the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, being the vice-president of Committee on technical regulation, standardization and a correspondence estimation.

From 1988 to 1994 Mr Lapidus worked as Head Economist and Deputy Administrator at Privolzhskaya Railways.
From 1994 to 2003 he was Managing Director of Economics and Development for the Traffic Ministry, Administrator of its Economics Department and a member of the Ministry's body.
Mr Lapidus was Vice-President in 2003 and has been Senior Vice-President of JSC Russian Railways since 2005.
In 2010 he was appointed Chairman of JSC Russian Railway's Joint Academic Council, as well as President and CEO of the All-Russian Scientific Research Institute of Railway Transport. Also He is a Chairman of International Railway Research Board at the International Union of Railways.

He graduated from engineering and economic faculty of Moscow State University of railway service in 1971. In 1977 he successfully completed postgraduates course. From 1971 to 2008 Leonid Mazo worked as a probationer-research worker, junior researcher and senior staff scientist, a head of laboratory, a head of economic and finance department, than he was promoted to Vice Director and a director councilor of All-Russian Research Studies Institute of railway service. Leonid Mazo took part in holding the reconsideration of railroad rates system and development of price lists №10-01 in 1974, 1990 and 2003 and price list №10-02-16 for ridership in Commonwealth of Independent States and Baltic States in 1993. He also took part in making a new conception of perspective carload rates system in 2007. Leonid Mazo was awarded a medal “For great services for Homeland”. He is a Doctor of Sience Economics and has 147 scientific publications.

VADIM MOROZOV

Born in 1954.
In 1977 graduated from the Leningrad Institute of Railway Transport Engineers, railway engineer on railway maintenance, Candidate of Science (Engineering).
His career was started in 1971 as a millwright of the Volhovstroy-1 locomotive depot of the Oktyabrskaya railway. After the graduation from the institute he continued his work at the railway. He held an appointment from the switching foreman to the railway head. In 1998 he was Deputy Chairman of the legislative assembly of the Leningrad Region. Since 1998 until 1999 and since 2000 until 2002 - First Deputy of the South-East and Moscow railway correspondingly. Since May, 1999 until May, 2000 - Deputy Minister of Railways of the Russian Federation, since 2002 until 2003 - First Deputy Minister, since November, 2003 until June, 2004 - Minister of Railway Transport of the Russian Federation. Since July, 2004 - Executive Director of the Blagosostoianie (welfare) private pensionary fund. On August, 17, 2005 he was appointed the First Vice-President of the Russian Railways.

In 2007, he graduated with honours from Moscow State University of Railway Engineering with a specialisation in (railway) transport organisation and management. During his studies, he also received additional training in professional communications. He underwent internships and training in the United Kingdom, Germany, Spain, Singapore and Indonesia. He is a candidate of sociological sciences.
From his first years at university until 2007, Mr Nagralyan worked in the media business. He became an assistant to the OAO Russian Railways president in 2007 and director of the Centre for Internal Policy and Corporate Culture Development at OAO Russian Railways in 2010. He was appointed first deputy director of the Human Resources Department at OAO Russian Railways in November 2011. He is also in charge of coordinating a special targeted programme called Youth of the Russian Railways Holding and developing corporate social projects involving youth work in Russia and several other countries.

From 1979 to 1984 he studied at the K.L. Khetagurovai North Ossetia State University. His specialism was biology, and he qualified as a biologist and a biology and chemistry teacher.
From 1988 to 1993 he studied at the Higher Correspondence Law School of the USSR Ministry of Internal Affairs (the Rostov Higher School of the Russian Federation Ministry of Internal Affairs). His specialism was jurisprudence and he qualified as a lawyer.
He has more than fifteen years’ experience of work in senior posts in commercial and state organisations. Before being elected as director general of Lengiprotrans he headed the infrastructure projects investment office at Venture Investment and Yield Management LLP, and before that he worked for four years as first deputy general director of BalttransServis (building contractor for a light oil products transhipment terminal at Primorsk port, a subsidiary of Transnefteprodukt). At various times he has also been head of the legal department of the St Petersburg state property management committee and head of the economic development administration of the St Petersburg Property Foundation, has been general director of the Grand Hotel Europe, and has worked as deputy general director of the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping.
Is also a director of MosgortransNIIproyekt; chairman of the Transport Infrastructure and Energy Saving Committee of the National Association of Planners; chairman of the board of the Inter-Regional Association of Architectural and Construction Planning Organisations (MOOASP); chairman of the board of Spetsenergoservis (the Inter-Regional Association of Energy Survey Organisations); and chairman of the board of the Guild of Professional Property Managers.
He is a member of the Board of the International Union of Lawyers and a member of the Russian Association of Maritime and International Maritime Law. Graduated from St Petersburg State Railways University (SPSRU), specialising in materials handling, track and construction machines, after which he continued working in the department and undertook postgraduate study.
In 1999 he defended his PhD dissertation on the subject of “Improving the durability of load-bearing structures in freight wagons with regulated unloading”.
From 2009 he managed the SPSRU department of materials handling, track and construction machines. Alongside his university work he worked in a number of industry-related engineering organisations: as head of department at the Vagony Scientific and Commissioning Centre (1998-2002), deputy CEO of the Railcar-Building Engineering Centre (2002-2004), and deputy CEO, and then CEO, of the Scientific Research Institute of Transport Engineering (2008-2011). Since 2011 he has been deputy chairman of the RZD Joint Scientific Council with responsibility for scientific development and cooperation issues.
He is the author of 55 scientific works, 8 patents and 3 monographs. A.M. Sokolov’s field of scientific interests includes mathematical modelling of rolling stock dynamics and durability, the application of fuzzy set theory and other “soft computing” methods to transport processes, and mechatronics and automation.
